Jstex China Jiangsu Textiles I/E  Datai Corp emphasis on Research & Development as the core for our business. As an Innovative and Sustainable company we have integrated R&D infrastructure and built a team to lead the work of discovering new processes, product developments & improvement of current production infrastructure.

The objective of the R&D division:

  • Improve process and product by optimization.
  • Enhancing the efficiency in a sustainable way.
  • Reducing the utilization of natural resource.
  • Innovate the sustainable product and process.

The effective research and development lead us to advance in sustainability in manufacturing apparel products. The research & development activities aim to manufacture products with effective sustainable methods, which are environmental friendly and improve the lifetime of product optimization; and increase the efficiency of different processes. The integrated R&D supports future beyond objectives of Jstex and our partners.

Research – ‘Re-to do again’, ‘search-to look for–and Development–growth, progress and positive change in RMG– work directed towards the novelty, presenting new styles and improvement of garment styles.

Delivery and Shipment

Proper Packing & on time Goods delivery is very important for both Manufacturer & importer apparel Brand. Proper & Accurate way of packing & safe arrival helps to avoid goods damage and also help to keep the goods with proper looking with ironing. 

In goods delivery & Shipment section, our commercial & Shipment team works very carefully to speed up the whole process and ensure the smooth delivery. Basically, we work on FOB and ensure the goods delivery to the customer nominated Forwarder. Besides, our shipping department also help all of clients to select the best Shipment & Forwarding company based on requirement & Fast delivery. 

Weaving & Wash

To ensure the best quality & execute fast delivery, we are working with compliant weaving and deying. Fabric weaving is the process of interlacing two sets of yarns (warp and weft) at right angles to create a fabric, often done on a loom. 

All of these dyeing    plants are environmentally friendly, who have international certifications such as DETOX, BEPI, BSCI, GOTS Etc. Local regulations are also maintained strictly and all of these plants are equipped with individual water treatment plants for the waste water, to minimize the environmental effects, of which one of the most vital is water pollution. All of our dyeing  plants are capable of carrying out all kind of regular & advanced washes as per requirements of the client, on all types of apparel (Knit, Woven, Denim & Sweater)
